Folks, we can kill this bug/mark as dupe if we can activate the Google groups associated with the following lists (in EN and pt-br), but we need these to be in place for pending outreach and hack days. :

if that's not an option for early next week, then I will likely set up a standalone Google group just to get things started. Thanks!

If there are groups already in the works, creating more this way isn't going to help. I've commented in the other bug about what needs to happen to move that forward.

OK, got it. Please close this bug (you can close it as a dupe of the other). I don't see a way for me to do it myself - so let me if there's a way for me to do that.
