Implement a HTML5 outliner tool to produce an outline for HTML documents.
Can you explain to us what this tool would look like?

Why do we need that?

Paul, this is important for web developers to understand the new HTML5 outline specs. Also web developers need to make the pages for accessibility purposes.

Created an outliner addon to show how it really works.

I don't think we need to create tools to help people understand specs. You can easily view and modify an html5 doc with outline nodes in the inspector.

And, you've created an addon! That's probably what this feature should be.
