STR:
1) Go to linkedin.com
2) Scroll up and down
3) The side bar will flicker, but what is actually happening is that it's going back to the initial position
This can't always be repro'd. It may take several shots. It might also only happen the first time you load the page. I'm also not sure this is a layout bug, but that would be my best guess.

It might well be a bug in LinkedIn's scripts here, unless they're using position:fixed.

It doesn't happen on Chrome or IE, so if it's a bug with their scripts they must be serving different scripts to each browser or there's a bug with other browsers that makes them show this correctly even though they shouldn't.
More specific repro:
1) Go to linkedin.com, log in
2) Scroll down to the "PEOPLE YOU MAY KNOW" block in the right sidebar
3) Scroll down a little bit more, then scroll up and down and observe the flickering of this block
I'll try to make a reduced test case.

Tested on Mac OS version 10.10 with the Nightly 47.0a1 build. I can't reproduce the problem, therefore closing the bug as Resolved: Works for Me.
Please reopen the bug if you encounter this issue again.
Thank you.
