User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux i686; rv:13.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/13.0.1
Build ID: 20120615064004

Steps to reproduce:

I was using Ubuntu (11.10). I was trying to explore the webpage : http://http://www.mha.nic.in/uniquepage.asp?Id_Pk=283. The "Menu Items" were not displayed correctly. When I tried the same page in Google "Chromium", it was displaying correctly.

Actual results:

I found the position of "Menu Items" displayed on the left was not in the correct position. It sometimes rendered 95% correctly (but not exactly). These "Menu Items" were overlapping over the text displayed immediate right to the Menu and over contents immediately down the menu.

Expected results:

The "Menu Items" should be in correctly rendered as it is displayed in Google "Chromium"
I tried various versions of Firefox:
FF 14 & 15: broken.
FF 16 & 17: fixed.

So use Aurora or wait for the stable release of Firefox 16. :)
I can confirm that this is already fixed on the trunk.
