Details

When I click on another application in the background, most of the window goes from dark gray to white.  But the strip that actually contains the tabs (the entire width of it) remains dark gray.

I feel like this is a fairly recent regression, though I can reproduce it on the 8/14 Nightly, as well as yesterday's Nightly.

This is on 10.6.
