1. Load https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/developers/building
2. Click on 'Getting Started', 'SDK' and 'Publish' links.

expected behavior:
We hide links to pages which are still being implemented.

observed behavior:
The following links 404:
https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/developers/documentation/apps
https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/developers/documentation/devtools
https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/developers/documentation/mkt_submission
Yeah that's expected at the moment, because some of the content is still pending. Check out the tracker bug 782374.
