This bug was filed from the Socorro interface and is report bp-c72692ac-f15d-4daa-8286-70e192120821 . ============================================================= Seen while looking at beta crashes and reproducible on the Cartoon Network site. https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/list?signature=UnityPlayer@0x9fb6c STR: 1. Load http://fusionfall.cartoonnetwork.com/play/main.php 2. Install the Unity player 3. Start the game. 4. A hang occurs, and then you get a plugin crash. Using 10.8 I crash in [@ hang | libsystem_kernel.dylib@0x12122 ], but because of a Socorro bug I believe it just not picking up the correct signature. https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/bp-9acf02b8-3fc9-4cb9-9a95-d2fc92120821 is that report. Frame Module Signature Source 0 @0x4eaa1403 1 @0x2bf26084 2 UnityPlayer UnityPlayer@0x9fb6c 3 UnityPlayer UnityPlayer@0x151685 4 UnityPlayer UnityPlayer@0x6b3e7 5 UnityPlayer UnityPlayer@0x1f238f 6 UnityPlayer UnityPlayer@0x1f23cd 7 CoreFoundation CFRunLoopRunSpecific
Crashes with UnityPlayer.dll as signature happen only on Mac OS X 10.5. There's a bug to report plugin crashes in 10.7 and 10.8.
Crash Signature: [@ UnityPlayer@0x9fb6c] [@ UnityPlayer@0xa0d9c] → [@ UnityPlayer@0x9fb6c] [@ UnityPlayer@0xa0d9c] [@ UnityPlayer@0x9f5bb]
I'm marking this bug as WONTFIX per bug #1269807. For more information see - https://blog.mozilla.org/futurereleases/2015/10/08/npapi-plugins-in-firefox/
