Steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/
2. Click on a listed category (ex. Games)
3. Click on "Filter" link
4. Chose another listed category
Expected results:
The clicked category landing page is loaded.
Actual results:
The category does not change and user is redirected to the same category listing page.
Notes/Issues:
Verified in FF17 (Win 7).
