Don't know exatly when it started Happened on all the zdnet us pages I tried to read the last few weeks, today on http://www.zdnet.com/rethinking-the-viability-of-the-windows-8-tablet-7000002967/ Expected results: Page should move up or down approx. the height of the display window on every button push or scrollbar click Problem does not occur on IE 9 or Chrome

Issue was reproduced running Firefox without Extensions in Safe-Mode. Resetting Firefox removed the issue. (I wish I could establish what caused the issue) The bug may be closed. Thank you for the hints on how to resolve the issue.
