In bug 774985, Trevor made a list of some templates that still need to be updated for KumaScript. Included in that list were some templates that cannot be converted until webcache exists. The list is available in the following EtherPad. Please mark this bug as resolved after all of them have been taken care of. https://etherpad.mozilla.org/il8PQZMIp1

In theory, these templates should not need to use webcache anymore; webcache was added as an attempt to work around the grievous performance issues we were having with MindTouch. We should be able to implement without them now.
