Description

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:6.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/6.0
Build ID: 20110811165603

Steps to reproduce:

Using Firefox in general

Actual results:

Despite the pop-up blocker is enabled, a pop-up shows up which states there is "possible security or stability issues with the plugin" I do not wish to make any changes so I close this unwanted window by pressing the "X" button in the upper right hand corner of the pop-up. After restarting Firefox now Java plugin is disabled and must be manually re-enabled.

Expected results:

If the user does not want to take any action and "x's out" of a pop-up, then no changes should be made to the configuration.
The dialog is only a notification that the Plugin got blocked via remote blocklisting.
In this case this seems to be a softblock and you can enable the plugin again but it could be also a hardblock without a way to enable the plugin again.

This is an intended behavior
