This is a bug in the mini-mart. We are enforcing one-app per domain in Fennec (right now) and I had to cheat with these apps and host them from the same one. We should fix one app per domain (there a bug that is eluding me right now for that).

The MDN documentation states that one app per domain is the desired behavior:
https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Apps/Getting_Started#Same_origin_policy

I'm assuming this means the developer of multiple apps will have to make sure they do not host multiple manifests from the same domain. However, we really don't have control over whether they do or not.

Therefore, to be defensive, we should either block the installation of multiple apps from the same domain or prompt the user that the new installation will overwrite the old. Reopening under this premise.
