User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.2; WOW64; rv:14.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/14.0.1 Build ID: 20120713134347 Steps to reproduce: Move mouse cursor over text that appears to bold (for example youtube account area). After doing that, the text doesn't appear bold anymore. I made two videos to demonstrate that. Actual results: The bold text gets underlined while the cursor is above it and the "boldness" goes away. Demonstration Videos: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aCpUr5Mvy_s http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vAofzSBMJGI Please watch the video in fullscreen, otherwise it is impossible to recognize what I mean. This also happens while I post a comment to reddit. While typing the text gets bold every few seconds and immediately becomes normal again. Expected results: The text should'nt be bold at all. It seams that this problem is only present with text that changes it appearance on mouse overs.
It's important to mention, that this problem only exists on Win8. I have tested the Firefox 15 beta and the Aurora Alpha and they have the same problem.
Summary: Text appears to be bold, but normalizes on mouse over. → Text appears to be bold, but normalizes on mouse over on Windows 8

Bug remains in Firefox 15.
Is this still a problem if you use Firefox 16 beta 6?
Do you still see this when using a current version?
