Step to reproduce:
Try to open irc://irc.mozilla.org/frenchmoz in Firefox

Actual result:
Firefox ask if you want to open the link with mibbit
Try to change it and open it with Thunderbird
=> nothing happened, no error message

Expected result:
Thunderbird should be opened and the new irc account should be added
