The height of the table rows should be 30px (i.e. 2 * 12px + 6px) but Firebug tells me it's just 14px. On Chromium the height is 30px.

If confirmed, I think this should be a blocker for bug 771678.
FWIW, I get 17x30 in Beta(15)/Aurora (16)/Trunk for the <tbody> Element.
