To reproduce: go to news.com, and click on an article (not an ad) the url bar
continues to say http://www.news.com and doesn't change to the article url which
I get to.  Works OK in 4.x.

Other sites not a problem (so far) just news.com.  Looks like it's an issue with
frames.
WFM using 2001051720 Win2k.
