1. Load https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/reviewers/apps/queue/?page=1
2. Notice the app 'BreakIt' in the review queue
expected behavior:
It should have a Lock icon next to it.
observed behavior:
Packaged app icon is being shown instead of the locked icon in review queues. See screenshot.
