78606 - icon disappears from Location urlbar when editing

sorry if this is a dup, couldn't find an existing bug. found using 2001.05.02.xx
bits.

to repro:
1. either hit accel+L or click into the URL bar.
2. start typing

result: the icon in the lefthand side of the URL bar disappears.

This isn't a bug, it's a feature (no kidding).

The icon disappears because it is useless while you are typing a url - it's
intention is to let you drag the current url somewhere, but if you're typing,
the text in the urlbar doesn't yet represent a valid url until you hit enter.

Some have suggested that we dim the icon rather than hiding it, to make this
less obvious.  We'll consider it, I think there's another bug for that somewhere.
