When we switched to a new production server, we lost the /devnews blog. This site was note visited by a huge number of people, but it was important to a few and is additionally the target of some links on WikiMo and elsewhere.

We talked about emulating the blog with Hacks, a special tag, and some redirects. Please see and contribute to the following design document about how exactly we want to do this.

Believe it or not, we still get a significant number of requests for
these resources -- around 13,000 per year.
