EN-US is available at https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/mobile/candidates/16.0b1-candidates/build1/android-armv6/en-US/, but the multi-locale APK appears to be missing.

When we resolve this, single-locale APKs will not be necessary. We don't currently have plans to ship them, and we can resolve that separately if ever necessary.

Took me a while to get a good staging beta run.
These 2 patches went green for a multilocale nightly and beta.
