Steps to reproduce:

Having created a bug [Tfng-tzm] New localization: Central Atlas Tamazight Tifinagh script, and following the invaluable advice of Mr. Gordon P. Hemsley, I proceed to create a new bug to distinguish the two transcription: Tifinagh and Latin.

Users involved in the writing of Tamazight (Berber) use the Latin character to transcribe their writings. While Tifinagh is orginal alphabet of the Berber language, the digital generation current, which undergoes Arabization and francization uses the Latin character. It is for this, I thought to transcribe, first, the Latin language and proceed to create a converter (Latin -> Tifinagh and Tifinagh -> Latin) to facilitate understanding in both directions.

I found this idea very important but I need to understand what kind of latin and tifinagh we have to work on; we will discuss the linguistical space or territory in order to be able to surround our searching field.

This locale registration bug is being resolved as INCOMPLETE because it has not been updated since before the final Firefox 10esr release on 2013-01-08. It is assumed that there has not been any progress in developing the desired localization since that time.

If you feel this bug has been closed in error, please reopen it and provide a status update for your locale.
