(I'm testing on my mac, gecko rev 859cfc40259333c (that's a git hash), gaia rev ddbd5b214ac1f3b0c.)

STR: Navigate to attached testcase in B2G browser. Click the button at the top. You should be taken to the bottom of the page. Instead, the page goes blank. If you try to scroll the page by using the mouse, you can get the content to show up again, but you haven't scrolled anywhere!

This blocks a blocker, but nom'ing this for blocking-basecamp because it's a web-facing regression.
Attached file Testcase (obsolete) —
Actually, cjones lead me to a simpler testcase, which I'll attach in a moment.
Summary: In B2G browser, element.scrollIntoView() causes the screen to go blank and doesn't scroll anything into view → In B2G browser, window.scroll causes the scrolled area to go blank and doesn't actually scroll anything
Attached file Simpler testcase
This testcase simply calls window.scroll(0, 300) when you press the button.

Clicking the button causes a large portion of the screen (probably 300px high) to turn white.
