Please make us a webapp admin vm, bounceradm.private.phx1

Nothing fancy, look off of one of the other adm nodes for specs.
VM using the default specs:
CPU: 1
Memory: 1GB
Disk: 40GB
OS: RHEL6, 64-bit

bounceradm.private.phx1.mozilla.com online, added to inventory, puppetized and basic nagios checks added.
Status: NEW → RESOLVED
