User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.8; rv:15.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/15.0 Build ID: 20120824154833 Steps to reproduce: Open Debugger panel on any website encoded with UTF-8 and have non-latin characters (e.g. Chinese). For example, http://moztw.org (in Chinese, whose character encoding is UTF-8). Actual results: The non-latin characters are not correctly displayed. Expected results: The non-latin characters should be correctly displayed. (i.e. The page uses UTF-8, then the debugger should, too.) If I open View Source window, the characters are correctly displayed. Notes: 1. I report this issue with Mac OS X because I'm running that Windows in a Virtual Machine. The user-agent string attached above does not mean anything. 2. I see this issue on Firefox for Windows, and I can't confirm this on OS X because I can't open the debugger on OS X version. 3. I can reproduce this on Windows 7, too.
