FF16b1 loads the last pinned tab instead of the tab with homepage

Details

This is a regression beginning with FF16.

1) Lets have some pinned tabs.
2) Close and restart Firefox.
3) The last pinned tab is loaded and has focus, instead of the tab with homepage (which is also loaded, but on the background).

The tab with homepage should have focus when Firefox starts. IMHO it's blocker for FF16, because it significantly limits the user comfort.
This is fixed in F17.
