I cannot find a file named kbi.dll on my System !

Do you use Safend Protector or Sophos SafeGuard (or any other Security Applications) on your Box/Windows Installation?

Comment 13•13 years ago

There is no Security Sofware installed on this Maschine !
Only McAfee VirusScan Enterprise 8.8.0.849 is used.
The same agent version (4.5) of McAfee running on my XP workstation on which I have no problem with FF 15.0.

Hi, now i'am back again.
I have the same Problem using Firefox 15.0.1, 16.0, 16.0.1
On other W2K3 Member-Server (no TerminalServer with Citrix) and Windows XP there is no Problem with Firefox.
Do you have any other idea what can be the reason?

Currently I'm using Firefox esr 10.0.10.
With version 17, also the ERS version is raised to release 17.
Then I have no choice to use an older Version as 15.

Hi Wayne,
in the meantime i use FF 17.0.3esr.
If i disable McAfee the error persists.
I don´t know what "unloaded modules" means.
It´s a log-output from the debug.

Peter, do you still see this issue?
Both the Windows and Firefox versions reported are now quite old.
