That Attachment is just up to the Exception and is missing the interesting Part :-)
I have Firefox closed to reproduce the Application Error but no Error Windows is appeared ?!
It seems that you didn't run the "|* ~* kp" Part of the linked Doc.
i have now created another log file. See attachment.
(In reply to Peter.Geier from comment #7) Unloaded modules: 74b20000 74b8f000 RichEd20.dll 00000001 50381601 kbi.dll <==== looks suspicious
I cannot find a file named kbi.dll on my System ! Now i have checked what DLL´s are loaded by using process explorer 8.60 from Sysinternals. Output File is attached. There is no File named kbi.dll.

Hi, what´s going on? I get no answer?
Do you use Safend Protector or Sophos SafeGuard (or any other Security Applications) on your Box/Windows Installation?
There is no Security Sofware installed on this Maschine ! Only McAfee VirusScan Enterprise 8.8.0.849 is used. The same agent version (4.5) of McAfee running on my XP workstation on which I have no problem with FF 15.0.
I have from 10 September holidays. I will be back in the office on 27 September.
Hi, now i'am back again. I have the same Problem using Firefox 15.0.1, 16.0, 16.0.1 On other W2K3 Member-Server (no TerminalServer with Citrix) and Windows XP there is no Problem with Firefox. Do you have any other idea what can be the reason?
Same Problem using Firefox 16.0.2 !!
Currently I'm using Firefox esr 10.0.10. With version 17, also the ERS version is raised to release 17. Then I have no choice to use an older Version as 15.
Peter, what happens if you disable McAfee? (In reply to XtC4UaLL [:xtc4uall] from comment #8) > (In reply to Peter.Geier from comment #7) > Unloaded modules: > 74b20000 74b8f000 RichEd20.dll > 00000001 50381601 kbi.dll <==== looks suspicious xtc4uall, what are "Unloaded modules"?

Summary: Firefox 15.0 ends with Error in application → Closing Firefox 15.0 on windows server ends with Error in application
Hi Wayne, in the meantime i use FF 17.0.3esr. If i disable McAfee the error persists. I don´t know what "unloaded modules" means. It´s a log-output from the debug.

Peter, do you still see this issue?
Both the Windows and Firefox versions reported are now quite old.
