Steps to reproduce:

I build a small, 50k addon in add-on builder, then went to the Dashboard and clicked the Upload button. 


Actual results:

Upload Scheduled appeared, and nothing changed. A dialog appeared pointing me to the regular wizard where I can only select a file on my hard drive, and no upload is visible. When refreshing the page these fields will show "---" again. Repeated clicking makes no difference.


Expected results:

The .xpi should have been uploaded to AMO for review and the wizard with further steps should have started.

Workaround: manually downloading the .xpi from within Add-ons Builder and uploading it in the wizard will get the addon into AMO.

Confirmed - no idea yet what is changed
