User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:16.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/16.0
Build ID: 20120828083259

Steps to reproduce:

I have 2 pinned tabs in my Firefox.

Actual results:

When I start Firefox, it starts/loads 2 pinned apps and in one more tab, it opens my home-page. But, when Firefox starts, it always opens/displays last pinned tab in front. I've tried pinning more than 2 tabs, but it always opens last pinned tab. This problem was not there, when I was using Firefox 15 Beta, I faced this problem after upgrading to Firefox 16 beta.

Expected results:

If should load all the pinned tabs, and then display Home Page in new tab, instead of just loading home page in new tab and displaying last pinned tab.
As you can see here, Firefox should display the Home Page tab next/right to rounded tab, first.
I tried with FF18, at the start, FF focus on the tab with the homepage, not the last pinned tab.

Can you try in safe mode (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode) then with a new profile (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles).

An add-on is surely culprit.

@Loic I tried with safe-mode, twice and tried to run Firefox with different user account, too. Problem is still there.
