Bas, can we remove this, and require compiler support for this in Azure? And just #include "nscore.h" if MOZ_GFX is defined, or something? Bug 782647 is stuck in review back and forth, and I don't see it going anywhere, unfortunately, and in the mean time we will suffer from the nullptr definition duplication.
Looks like we finally agreed on something in bug 782647!
