In bug 780537, we discovered that there can be cases where web content would want to know possibly if the user's machine has gone to sleep or returned to sleep. In knowing this, content can be able to change what is shown to be able to reflect say, the MediaStream being unable to be used on a resume if that needed to be the case. This tracks the implementation and requirements analysis for onresume and onsleep for MediaStreams.
