Steps to reproduce:

Went to Youtube to play a video.  Also occurs on sites using Flash other than Youtube


Actual results:

Video will not load and when 'Play' is pressed the message 'an error has occurred please try again later' appears


Expected results:

Video should load and when play arrow is pressed video should load and play.
