Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:15.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/15.0
Build ID: 20120825192204
Steps to reproduce:
Browsed the Instant Messaging support menu and tried to configure my Twitter-API compatible federated social web service account.
Actual results:
Could not find a box to put an arbitrary Twitter-compatible API root.
Expected results:
One of the following two:
* StatusNet should have been an option on its own in the IM account type menu.
* Twitter configuration options should show a textbox for user-assigned API root URL.

Ah, yes it very well may be! There might still be extra value in being able to configure the api root, but there's no reason in having multiple bug reports.
Thanks for finding it, I must've just searched for stuff too specific to my description.
