User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:15.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/15.0 Build ID: 20120824154833 Steps to reproduce: Just open the about window from the help menu Actual results: The firefox logo is displayed strangely
The about window is displayed correctly on windows XP
Checking again this morning it worked fine. I've no explanation of what happened yesterday. I suggest few people using linux to check this and if there is nothing wrong I agree for anyone closing this issue.
It happens again now. Someone should randomly open the about window to know if this issue only occurs of my side.
Thanks for the report. It’s probably related to your video driver and/or hardware accelertion: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-extensions-themes-to-fix-problems#w_turn-off-hardware-acceleration
Component: Untriaged → Graphics: Layers
Product: Firefox → Core
Ok I agree it must be an issue with the graphic drivers. You can close the issue at your convenience.
