Need to rename any puppet modules or classes with dashes in them to have underscores instead.

Renamed the following modules: apt_mirror syslog_ng puppet_dashboard ganglia_new hp_utils openssh_lpk it_elasticsearch I ran puppet on a few important hosts (people1.dmz.scl3 and elasticsearch1.webapp.phx1, puppetdashboard1.private.phx1) to be sure nothing broke.
