No can do, when I try to click on Details in the Crash Report window nothing happens...I guess that also is a bug.
Can you see in tools->options->Advanced ->General if there is an option to disabled sending of crash reports?

still need crash report per https://support.mozillamessaging.com/en-US/kb/mozilla-crash-reporter#w_viewing-crash-reports but if crash can't reproduce in safe mode ...
