Attachment: Fixing syntax error in ril_worker.js

Current gecko as of right now is broken, no SIM PIN asked. Turns out ril_worker.js is broken:

I/Gecko   (  274): -*- RadioInterfaceLayer: Got an error: :0: undefined is not a function

Fix is trivial and attached. Applied on my current build, I get RIL back and SIM PIN asked :)

A broken RIL would be a blocker (if this were to regress).
