To avoid content migrations our plan is to have what is currently our staging site become our live site (with a staging site created afterwards at the existing festival.mozillalabs.com).

Please point the existing DNS (mozillafestival.org) at the new site, and, if possible re-configure apache to serve it (I could also do this if needed)

Update has been made.  I've tweaked the festival-2012 file to add the server alias for www.mozillafestival.org.  The site seems to load up, but please let me know if I've done something awry.
