There seems to be a bug that appears when I click on the new download button on the toolbar. It does not happen every time, but it has happened on several sites including Simplynoise.com and bugzilla. The problem is that when I click on it, it opens the "Show All Downloads" popup menu on the left side of the toolbar instead of under the download button. I do always have two windows open and one is on an external monitor.

It just happened on Microsoft's website as well.
