Details

Now that we don't care about XUL fennec any more, we should remove any code in widget/android that is dead when MOZ_JAVA_COMPOSITOR is not defined. And then we should rename MOZ_JAVA_COMPOSITOR to something more reasonable, or replace it with one of the other android-platform defines.
