Steps to reproduce:
I just installed my new pc, went on internet and downloaded firefox 15. However when I try to login into Twitter or facebook no css is shown.
Actual results:
CSS doesnt appear, only text and a white background
Expected results:
CSS should have shown

Does it show if you hit ctrl+f5 ? looks like a corrupt cache or something. Did you restore a backup profile on your new Install of Firefox ?
