The Cert Viewer's "General" tab should contain one pane, not three. The cert
path is not necessary on this pane since it's on the Details pane.

Nothing should be clickable in this tab.

It should instead contain just these elements:
Usage (e.g. SSL Server Certificate)
Subject CN
Subject O
Subject OU
Issuer CN
Issuer O
Issuer OU
Serial Number

The other items (RSA public modulus, SHA1 fingerprint, and MD5 fingerprint)
should be moved to the Details tab.
Priority: -- → P2
Target Milestone: --- → 2.0
I think the fingerprint should stay in the General tab, for the mere fact that
there is no logical place to put it in the details tab. Fingerprints are
meta-data about the cert and aren't actually members of the cert structure.

If we put it into the details tab, we'd be breaking the model of our display
which is the actual layout of the bytes in the certificate.
Keywords: mozilla0.9.1
The General tab should also include the validity dates.

At first I thought that wasn't necessary since the Certificate Manager clearly
shows those dates. But then I remembered that the Certificate Viewer can be
invoked from other places, like Page Info and SSL site-name-mismatch errors.
