Please propose the customizations necessary to make Bootstrap a recommended UI base for apps.

This will likely include gaia styles, and suggested layouts, and whatever else I might be missing right now.

I hope to have something tomorrow, I've been gathering the gaia styles together. It's been useful to look through their design guidelines.

I talked with cyee on IRC, and he/she said that inputs in Gaia will have the mobile-optimized experience fwiw. For example, if you tap on a select, a full-screen overlay will appear so that you can easily select an option. I don't think we need to focus on anything like that since it will be native.

The stuff that's left is buttons, tabs, some layout stuff, and general font choices and colors. Should be pretty easy to generate a single CSS file that we include in mortar that has all of this.

I have most of the colors, and am building out various elements for fun. This is what I have so far. Still picking out the exact colors to put in the bootstrap variables.
