788911 - Update Python in MozillaBuild to 2.7.3

We're synchronizing to 2.7.3 on the releng machines (see bug 602908 comment 16) and Sid has pointed out that 2.7.3 fixes a regression that affects pymake (now that pymake is default on Windows), see http://bugs.python.org/issue11583

(MozillaBuild has 2.7.2)

Having 2.7.3 synchronized throughout Mozilla would simplify things.

This is obviously truncated after a couple lines. The entire patch is ~19MB. You get the gist.

FWIW, you don't have to provide me the binary bit patches for stuff like this. You can assume my r+ on the script updates covers checking in the right binary bits.
