Expected results:
Ok. Here is what I would like to see in SeaMonkey.
1.) A alternative to compressing the mail files; CHANGE TO SIMPLE TEXT - In which the already downloaded mail files are changed to simple text, text links, simple format, and .jpgs or .gifs - getting rid of ALL OTHER LANGUAGE or CODE or OTHER;
2.) Import mail by "USER" file choice (NOT automated SM SEARCH) that will open any inbox or other file, regardless of how it is titled, of any NETSCAPE, EUDORA or other mail program and change it to Simple Text etc AS DESCRIBED in (1.);
3.) User control of space to expand mail storage to UNLIMITED.
4.) A simple way to easily organize mail files that have been changed to Simple Text and view from desktop, save and transfer to other programs.

Do you mean with 3.) the 4GB limit for mailboxen?
Other than that I'm not sure what to do with this bug report :) usually on bugzilla.mozilla.org you file one bug report per issue/bug, not four issues in one bug report.

Thank you for your comments;
All 4 are actually all tied in to one goal.
The issue here is ease of extracting old mail files and using mail files.
An example: You have a old netscape inbox; If you open in a text application such as Simple Text, you get waves of useless language & some incripted;
If the SM progam had a "ignore (such and such) Language", it would be able to extract only text, text link and images.
A internet program (Site Sucker) I had used, did a similar action when downloading web sites, by ignoring particular language, it was unhindered in extracting all pages of a particular web site that you wished to view off line as well as "localize" the links so you could navigate the website on your own computer without engaging other site actions.
The ease of importing mail (old and new) files and managing in SM as well as transferring them into other programs afterwords is the main goal.

Another additional feature would be to ignore duplicate text, so that if two same inboxes were ran through the program, it would recognize duplication, alert user, and or pre-ignore such duplication.

We can no handle such "make 25 things different in SeaMonkey" reports.
Currently (at least for me) it is completely unclear what reporter is talking about:
* Extract text information of a particular HTML-e-mail?
** And what do with it? Save at same place with lost information or save in
something like "inbox-textonly"?
* And what is a "Language"? Spanish or HTML?
* And why should that be done only in SeaMonkey, not in MailCore?
* An for what should it be good to open "Mail files" (Single e-mail? Complete
boxes?) in a text editor?
There has bee not a single vote within nearby 3 years, so I close this une WONTFX because of lacking interest.
@Richard Taylor:
If you still think that you have had a good Idea you should discuss that idea in newsgroups or a forum, and if you find a lot of concurrence you should open a new report or a bunch pof reports like
report 0 (meta): Allow e-mail-document interchange based on text format
report 1: Add funktion to move e-mail to new folder and extract text information
while move [blocks report 0]
report 2: Add function "batch process for function due to report 1" for selected
e-mails of an e-mail-account-folder
or similar
