Steps to reproduce:

1	click on examination
2	click on exam types
3	click on add button
4	enter exam type as e1 and press tab
5	enter exam info as e2 and press tab
6	click on add button



Actual results:

"control moves back to the ""exam type"" page displaying the 
new added entry"



Expected results:

a pop window will open saying invalid exam type and invalid exam info.

Same thing happens in Chromium, IE9, and Opera. So marking this as invalid.
