When Mozilla is used for the first time on windows it will start
hanging about 10% off the right hand edge of the screen. It only
happens when I totally scrap all the config settings.
Although not that important this little bug gets on my nerves each
time I nuke mozilla's config.
Probably setting the window position to be in the screen center is
the best idea if no position settings are existing.
I will attach a picture of what is happening.
