Two new components need to be added for "MailNews" and "Browser" product: 

"Bi-di Hebrew" (under MailNews and Browser)
    Bugs related to bi-di implementation for Hebrew

    QA contact: [e-mail]

"Bi-di Arabic" (under MailNews and Browser)
    Bugs related to bi-di implementation for Arabic 
    Assigned to: [e-mail] 
    QA contact: Maha Abou El-Rous ([e-mail])

Correction, the correct email address for "Bi-di Hebrew" default QA contact is 
[e-mail].  I give the corrected details below:

Do we really expect there to be enough volume in bugs reported against BiDi to
warrant 4 components?  
Dawn, is there a problem with two products having identical component names?

Btw, we alse have two identical "Internationalization" component names for 
MailNews and Browser.  

This component name is to filter out Bidi related (Hebrew and Arabic) problems 
since they require a different engineer (development and QA). The alternative 
would be to just have a general "Bidi" component under MailNews and Browser.  
The assigned developer ([e-mail]) and QA engineer 
([e-mail]) for that component could re-assign bugs to the 
appropriate person in case they are Hebrew or Arabic specific. Would this work 
out better?

Andreas, I much prefer the 2 components, one for browser and one for mail.  I
will set this up today. If the volume of bugs gets to be overwhelming for the
default QA contact to reassign then we can break it into hebrew and arabic. Does
this sound OK?

Sounds good to me, Gilad would be the first QA contact for all Bidi bugs 
and can re-assign Arabic specific bugs to [e-mail].  In case we get too 
many Arabic bugs we could break it down later on. Does anyone object?

Btw, [e-mail] and [e-mail] are not valid mozilla 
usernames. Asa, can you also set up their usernames, or do they need to do it by 
themselves?

These contacts will have to set up Bugzilla accounts.  I cannot do that for
them.  Onece they have set up accounts I can empower those accounts with the
necessary Bugzilla permissions.  <http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/createaccount.cgi>
is the page they can use to set up accounts.  I will not be able to create the
components until I have a valid bugzilla user account to set up as the QA
contact. Let me know here when Gilad has a Bugzilla account and I'll create the
components.

for Browser and Mail/News:

The QA contact will change onces Gilad created his Bugzilla account.

http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/describecomponents.cgi?product=MailNews and let me
know if those names and descriptoins work for you all (I'm glad to adjust them
if not).
