Steps to reproduce:
There is a broken link on a page https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/HTML/Global_attributes ("lang" definition term, Usage Note section, 1st item) "[...] algorithm determining the language [...]".
Actual results:
Link leads to a page https://developer.mozilla.org/en/Determining_the_language_of_element wich can't be found.
Expected results:
If the page "Determining the language of element" exist somewhere it should be properly linked, otherwise link should be removed.

This page did not exist on our old platform either.

The link shouldn't have been removed; it should have been left there to hopefully encourage someone to write the article. That's the point to these links.
