Details

This is a big fat bug about standing up a django admin site. That gives us access to all the things we currently have at m.m.o and a.m.o. So that's everything at apps/zadmin, mkt/zadmin and all the django-admin. Hopefully we can have one admin for both sites. This is likely to spawn many more bugs.
