User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:15.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/15.0
Build ID: 20120824154833

Steps to reproduce:

Selected more than one message, hovered over a new message to selected, and could not clearly tell--when leaving the mouse over the message--whether it was selected or if my mouse was hovering over it.

Additionally, there is no hover-state for selected (or "secondary" selected messages), but there should be for easier use.

Actual results:

The hover states were confusing or didn't exist (i.e. hovering over selected messages, did not change the design).

Expected results:

Hover and selected states as well as hovering over selected messages should all be distinguishable visual states.
This is solved through Bug 784797 in TB 16.

I'm setting this as dupe of it.

Hey Richard,

Actually, this bug pertains to the message list in the Mail portion of Thunderbird, *not* in the chat portion.

The patches I see on Bug 784797 also only pertain to the width, not to the color styles.

Would you mind re-opening this, as I do not think they are related.

Thanks,
Benjamin
